Reference Number 0000330523 Platte River Power Authority ("Platte River") seeks proposals for civil and preparation of a new substation located in Severance, Colorado. The project includes grading, access road construction, retention ponds, permiter fencing along the property perimeter, and a block wall. Installation of proper drainage systems, culverts and all other items designated in the bid units and construction drawings for civil work. Permitting for construction in the Town of Severance will be the contractor's responsibility. This bid is in conjunction with EO23-1867 Severance Substation 230kV - Electrical Construction. Bidders interested in bidding on the electrical construction using a subcontractor should submit proposals to both bids and make reference to the desire to complete the work jointly. Proposals may be awarded separately, price modifications to the bid should be noted in the event of a joint award under a singular contractor.
