Henry County is a community of approximately 240,000 residents southeast of Atlanta. HCWA was created as an independent agency by the Georgia legislature in 1961 PRE-BID SITE VISIT is NON-Mandatory but highly recommended before submitting a bid, each contractor should carefully examine the site; and shall fully inform themselves as to all existing conditions and limitations; and shall include in the bid the cost of all items required by the Contract Documents.
