The Board of Education of the County of Roane, Spencer, WV, will receive bids for Fencing Projects at Spencer Elementary School and at Geary Elementary Middle School Each bidder must be registered with the West Virginia Department of Tax and Revenue prior to the time and date for Receipts of Bids in order for his Bid to be considered. Each Bidder's registration certificate number shall be written in the space provided on the Form of Proposal. All bidders are required to be licensed to perform work in the State as required by Chapter 21, Article 11, of the Code of West Virginia. Each Bidder's Contract license number shall be written in the space provided on the Form of Proposal. The Board of Education of the County of Roane, Spencer, West Virginia, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding. A satisfactory bid bond furnished by a solvent surety company authorized to do business in the State of West Virginia, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of bid, payable to the Board of Education of the County of Roane, West Virginia, shall be submitted with each Bid. Each (The) successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond and the fee for same shall be included in their bid. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for at least forty-five (45) days.
