The project consists of interior renovations to the existing old Carmichaels Water Authority building located at 104 North Pine Street, Carmichaels, PA 15320. Renovations to include removal of existing interior wall, installation of interior slider window, replacement of 3 existing windows with block windows, removal man door(s) replace one with wall, construct closet, remove existing carpet, install new flooring, construct new interior wall, construct new room, and remove existing drop ceiling and install new drop ceiling. This contract shall be subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act of August 15, 1961, P.L. 987, as amended 43 P.S. section 165 et. Seq. if the cost of the project is above the state minimum for prevailing wage projects. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days once filed with the Township. Cumberland Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received. Cumberland Town-ship is an Equal Opportunity Employer. BID SECURITY: Bid bond or certified check for 10% of Base Bid Payable to Cumberland Township. Project awardee is required to obtain Performance, and Payment Bonds. All costs are non- refundable.
