The projects are being funded in part by a grant from State of Virginia Department of Rail & Public Transportation in conjunction with private funding from the WW. The projects, including the contracting and procurement process, are subject to applicable state regulations. The WW encourages participation from Small, Women, and Minority owned businesses in this project. SWAMs are encouraged to bid on this project and will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids. The WW reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bidding process. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
