The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for janitorial and grounds keeping in San Antonio and Laredo, TX. This is a firm-fixed price (FFP) procurement - for Service Disabled Veteran Own Small Business (SDVOSB) and all other SBA Total Small Business under a Tier evaluation criteria. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720 -Janitorial with a size standard of $19.5M. Period of Begins 1/1/2024 for a base year plus four (4) option years. Please read the entire solicitation in its entirely for information regarding evaluation factors for , site visit information dates and times, due date and closing date of this solicitation. Please see attached: Solicitation, Statement of Work, Wage Determinations, Past Customer Satisfaction Survey, Contractor Staffing Access Questionnaire, and Pricing Schedule.
