Hillsborough County [Department] requires an experienced and qualified Contractor for sidewalk replacement and repair term contract. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment for the accomplishment of all work as described in the Contract Documents & Specifications, and as directed by the Project Manager in accordance with the expressed or obvious intent of the Contract. Work performed under this Hillsborough County network sidewalk repair Term Contract will be at various locations throughout the HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY. Any work authorized under this term contract will be ordered by the COUNTY on an as needed basis. If available, external plan sheets, construction plan sets, or sketches may be supplied to the Contractor with the Work Order at the Project Managers discretion. The Contractor is required to render any and all infrastructure and appurtenances associated with or disturbed by the work to an operable condition as determined by the County . Hillsborough County intends to select at least one (1) contractor for award. Under the contract, the Contractor will perform work on Work Orders which range from $10,000 to $799,999. Work Orders shall be assigned as individually negotiated work orders and will not exceed $800,000.00. However, the County reserves the right to exceed that amount if it is deemed necessary. The agreement will be issued for a two-year term with a County Estimated Amount of $5,524,997.42 base contract and $50,000.00 for Non-Priced Items (NPI).
