General Contractor to Coordinate Asbestos Removal With Construction Schedule of Window Availability/lnstallation and Discovery High School Individual Classroom Schedule of Availability. Jessica Lundsford Act: Background Checks. At Least Ten (10) Days Prior to Any Employee of the Contractor Entering Onto the Location, the Contractor Shall Conduct a Check on the N.c. Sex Offender and Public Protection Registration Program, the N.c. Sexually Violent Predator Registration Program and The National Sex Offender Registry of Each Employee Who Intends to Enter Onto the Location. Within Five (5) Days Prior to Any Employee of the Contractor Entering Onto the Location, Contractor Shall Certify in Writing to the Board That Contractor Has Completed the Checks and That No Employee of Contractor Intending to Enter Onto the Location Has a Record on the Aforementioned Registries or Registration Programs. No Substitutions for Materials Specified in Construction Documents Will Be Accepted The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and Waive Informaliti
