More particularly the work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: Mobilization and demobilization, including all labor and equipment as specified and as required to carry out the work. Pre-Inspection Survey of all components of the work and report to Owner's Representative any and all discrepancies prior to commencing repairs. Clean, sandblast and paint full structural steel members FB2, GA, GB, GC and Lift Beam on Transfer Bridge as indicated on drawings (S01). Replace 200 (total) corroded bolts, nuts and washers with galvanized grade A325M as indicated on drawings (S02). Diameter and length to match existing. Bolt locations to be determined by Owner or Owner's Representative on site. Repair spalling, cracking, and honeycombing for all concrete abutment walls and diaphragms for the underside of Approach Bridge; as shown on drawings (S03). Repair deck slab spalling at underside of deck as shown in Photo #4 on drawings (S03). Fill 30 (total) open holes using non-shrink grout along abutment walls and diaphragm for the underside of Approach Bridge; as shown on drawings (S03). Provide post repair photographic evidence of all components of the work and submit to Owner's Representative upon completion. Submittals: Preparation, submission, and implementation of an approved Construction Schedule. Preparation, submission, and implementation of an approved Site-Specific Safety Plan. Preparation, submission, and implementation of an approved Site-Specific Environmental Protection Plan. Preparation, and submission of a Project Execution Methodology.
