**As of October 20, 2023, the Project was awarded to Thatcher Sales & Erectors but amount was not disclosed.** 1. Provide and install all items shown on the Plans and in the Specifications to provide three new 6-unit T-Hangars and aprons for the Upper Cumberland Regional Airport Board. 2. Owner will provide temporary electricity to the site. 3. Keep work areas and grounds clean at all times. Contractor shall not interfere with Owner's normal day-to-day operations of the Airport. Contractor will be provided an area on-site for storage of materials, if so desired. 4. The Contractor shall conform to OSHA and other safety requirements during this operation. The Owner and Designer are not responsible for Contractor's safety. 5. Owner will provide electrical work for Base Bid and Add Alternate 2. No future work is anticipated. 6. All of the Contractor's employees shall conduct themselves in a responsible manner around Owner's employees. Employees shall be cordial, but not engage in conversation with the Employees. Contractor's employees shall keep shirts on at all times. 7. Contractor shall keep Foreign Object Debris (FOD) to a minimum. Contractor shall email (richard@rinks-consulting.com) all questions in writing to the Designer. Designer will then address questions in a written Addendum. No changes are binding unless in writing. All written questions to Designer and all Product substitution requests shall be turned in by Monday October 2, 2023 at Noon. The Upper Cumberland Regional Airport reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids and reserves the right to accept the lowest or best bid and award any, all or none of the alternate bids requested. Each Bidder must deposit with his Bid Security in the amount of 5 percent of his Bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. 100% Performance and Payment Bonds will be required
