The City of Richmond, Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities is accepting bids for the construction of the Pump House ADA Improvements project to provide general contracting services that include, but are not limited to, site work, tree removal, construction of walkway ramping from Pump House Drive to bridge that crosses the Pump House Canal. Install concrete retaining walls along sections of the walkway to accommodate grading of the slope necessary for the walkway, a slot drain along a portion of the walkway with underground piping and a small outfall structure at Pump House Canal, and landscaping per plans and specifications. If any person contemplating submitting a bid for the proposed Work is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the proposed Contract Documents or discrepancies of any sort between existing conditions and proposed new Work, he must submit a written request for an interpretation to the Department of Procurement Services, 900 E. Broad Street Room 1104, Richmond, Virginia 23219. The person submitting the request shall be responsible for its prompt and actual delivery by October 6, 2023 by 4:00 pm.
