This Project Consists of Clearing and Grubbing, Removal and Disposal Items, Earthwork, Aggregate Base Course, Cement Stabilized Crushed Stone Base Course, Achm Base, Binder, and Surface Courses, Cold Milling Asphalt, Achm Patching of Existing Roadway, Portland Cement Concrete Pavement, Approach Slabs and Gutters, Maintenance of Traffic, Concrete Ditch Paving, Minor Drainage Structures, Guardrail, Erosion Control Items, Rumble Strips, Traffic Signal and Illumination Items, Construct Five Continuous Plate Girder Units (Total Lengths 1243.66'), Construct Two Continuous W-beam Units (Total Lengths 465.44) Construct Eight Prestressed Continous Concrete Girder Units (Total Lengths 3348.04') Construct One Sextuple R. C. Box Culvert (Total Span 40.33') Pavement Marking, and Misc Items. Routes: 612 Sections: 1 & 2 County: Benton & Washington Length: 6.919 Miles in Length. Any Excess (Between the Face Amount of the Bond and the Underwriting Limitation) Shall Be Protected by Reinsurance Provided by an Acceptable Reinsuring Company.
