Independent School District No. 2, Rogers County, Oklahoma, also known as Catoosa Public Schools ("District"), is accepting sealed bids for replacing HVAC units on district buildings. Multiple units will need to be fully replaced at Wells Middle School, Catoosa High School, and one unit at the CIAC (Catoosa Indian Activity Center). There are 14 total units with various sizes that are listed below. 2 - 15 Ton Units (Gymnasium Area) 4 - 10 Ton Units (Offices or Commons) 8 - 4/5 Ton Units (Classrooms, Etc.) Bids will be opened and read aloud in the Education Service Center Board of Education room. Bids received after the above-stated date and time will not be considered. All bids will be expected to comply with the Oklahoma Public Competitive Bidding Act, Title 61, Oklahoma Statutes, Sections 101, et seq., and shall include all requisite bonds and insurance. District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to waive technicalities and to make any investigation deemed necessary concerning the bidders ability to provide the services as covered by the specifications, and to accept what in their judgment is in the District's best interest.
