Ravine Road Streambank Stabilization: Project Generally Comprises of Restoring and Armoring 500 Lf of Streambank Along the Roadway, 505 Lf of Guide Rail Replacement, 625 Sy of Mill and Overlay, and Restoration of Areas Disturbed by Construction. The Work Will Be Performed Under One Contract as Follows General Construction. The owner hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid. Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of a certified check, bank check, irrevocable letter of credit, or Bid bond (on the form included with the Bidding Documents) for (10) percent of the Bid total. Question Deadline 09/27/2023 at 4:00 PM ET When the apparent Successful Bidder delivers the signed Agreement to Owner, it must be accompanied by the required Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price, on the forms provided in the Bidding Documents.
