The project will be bid so as to include a Base Bid and Additive Alternates for Additional parking spaces and a 40Õx75Õ pre-engineered metal storage building: For all labor, materials, equipment, fees, and transportation to complete the Work described by the Contract Documents dated September 8th, 2023 for the New Employee Parking Lot for Jackson Parish Hospital, 165 Beech Springs Rd., Jonesboro, Louisiana 71251. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, or Bid Bond payable to the Jackson Parish Hospital, the amount of which shall be five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposed Base Bid. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract, written by a company licensed to do business in Louisiana. The owner reserved the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. those stated in the Advertisement for Bids, and those required on the bid form shall not be considered as informalities and shall not be waived by any public entity. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
