As of October 13, 2023, the apparent low bidder is Sequel Contractors Inc. but bid amount is not available. The prime contractor shall possess a valid California Class A or C-12 contractor license. Sealed bids will be accepted by Los Angeles County Public Works, Project Management Division III, for the roadway resurfacing, bioswale construction, sidewalk repair, and curb ramp upgrades, and the performance of other appurtenant work under Project ID No. RDC0012971, Ladera Heights Centinela Avenue, et al., in the Cities of Culver City and Los Angeles, and in the unincorporated community of Ladera Heights. Pursuant to State Public Contract Code section 3400, the Board of Supervisors made a finding that the detectable warning surfaces for Culver City curb ramps are designated by specific brand name to match other products in use on a particular public improvement either completed or in the course of completion. The project Plans and Specifications designate detectable warning surfaces for Culver City curb ramps to be manufactured by TekWay StrongCo Industries. Question Deadline 10/02/2023 at 5:00 PM PT The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
