If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact Mari Shakir at (909) 795-9801 The contract work for this project shall consist of restoration of existing granule surfaced built-up roof membrane per APOC Guide Specification AM1-PE-MF-252 or comparable roof restoration system for two buildings at the City Hall Complex, a shingle install for one building and repair of the tiled roof at the Norton Younglove Senior Center. There will be a Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) assessment for each calendar day that work remains incomplete beyond the time stated in the Proposal Form. Refer to the Proposal Form for specific details. The City of Calimesa reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to award each item separately, and/or waive any informality on any bid. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time set for the opening thereof Proposals must be accompanied by a proposal guarantee consisting of a certified check or bid bond payable to the City of Calimesa in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount bid. Any proposal not accompanied by such a guarantee will not be considered. Upon completion of the assigned work by the Contractor and acceptance of the work by the Public Works Director, the Contractor shall submit an invoice for said work based on mutually agreed quantities. The payment will be made on the basis of the amount of mutually agreed work completed, less five percent (5%) retention
