Park Road - From the intersection of North Main Street 750 feet east with a road width of 32 feet approximately 24,000 square feet, 750 feet of Curbing, four driveway aprons, & a 25 foot cut-in with intersection of Oak Drive. Two lifts Compacted Depth 2 Class I & 2 Class II / Curbing Cape Cod Style Papermill Road From 25 feet south of the driveway at 1795 Papermill Road to 25 feet north of the driveway at 159 Papermill Road. Approximately 1800 feet in length with an average road width of 18 feet. The road width varies between 16.5 feet to 20 feet in three distinct segments. Those current widths shall remain, no curbing, five single driveway aprons, & three double width driveway aprons. Two lifts Compacted Depth 1.5 Class I & 1.5 Class II Driveway Aprons 2.5 - Class 2 cut to drain properly. This is a 100% Town funded project. The Town reserves the right to waive any technical defects in the bids; to reject bids which do not conform to the terms and conditions described in the specifications; to reject any, any part of, or all bids; to waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding process; and to accept that bid which the Town deems to be in its best interest, whether or not it is the lowest dollar proposed The Project consists of full depth reclamation, grading, and paving The Town reserves the right to waive any technical defects in the bids; The Town reserves the right to amend, cancel, postpone, withdraw, or resubmit this Invitation for Bid at any time if it is in the best interest of the Town to do so.
