The structure is located at 610A&B Sunset Blvd W, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547; in the X Zone but has suffered repeated damage from floods resulting in National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) claims. Currently, the structure has a Lower Floor Elevation (LFE) of approximately 11.7 feet NAVD88, according to the best available data for ground elevation from the United States Geologic Survey and Google Earth elevation profile. The BFE is approximated to be at 12.4' NAVD88, estimated using information for transect 41 in FEMA's effective Flood Insurance Study (FIS) as the best available data to determine the elevation.
