The coverage shall contain no special limitations on the scope of the protection afforded to the city, its officers, officials, employees or volunteers Coverage shall state that the contractor's insurance shall not be suspended, voided, canceled, reduced in coverage or in limits except after 30 days written notice. No materials manufactured or produced in a penal or correctional institution shall be incorporated in the project under this Contract. Award will be based on the lowest responsive, responsible bidder(s) considering quality, performance and specified time of completion. The owner reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. Project completion including punch list shall be complete within thirty (30) days. If the contractor does not complete the work within this period from the Notice to Proceed or Purchase Order a penalty of $300.00 per calendar day excluding Saturday, Sunday and Holidays will be deducted from the contract amount.
