As of 10/26/23, per Owner, all bids rejected. Question Deadline 10/02/2023 at 2:00 PM ET All Requests for Information shall be submitted online via PennBid. The work will consist of rehabilitation and restoration of the park war memorial with blue stone features. The bid must be accompanied by a Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Bid Bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to Womelsdorf Borough. Also required are a properly executed Bid Form, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Certification Statement, and Contractor's Qualification Statement. The successful bidder shall also be required to provide a Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount within ten (10) calendar days of written notice of acceptance of the Bid. Bids will be publicly awarded on October 17, at 7:00 pm (local time) at the Womelsdorf Borough Hall, 101 W. High Street, Womelsdorf PA 19567. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any portion of any bid, waiving any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities, or informalities in the bid, and to award Contracts as is deemed best for the Borough.
