The SDO Water Treatment Facility has a capacity up to a maximum of 6,944 gallons per minute. Tank Dimensions: o Height of the tank from ground to where the roof starts = 14' 6" o Roof angle = 25 o Diameter = 33' o Operating capacity: 61,417 gallons o Overflow Cone The selected contractor shall be responsible for furnishing all materials, transportation, labor, and equipment if any and all necessary to facilitate and complete the scope of work. The work shall include but is not limited to the following: o Baseline requirements: Refer to City of Corona Standard Specifications. o Vacuum tank. o Sandblast interior walls, roof, vent, and overflow structure followed by proper and legal disposal of all debris. o Prime and epoxy coat interior walls, roof, vent, and overflow structure per specifications. o Ensure thorough cleanup of all debris resulting from the above-mentioned work. o The project must be completed in 30 calendar days. Contractor Requirements: o Confined spaces permit. o C-33 Painting and Decorating Contractor's License or a Class A General Engineering License. o Performance bond required for estimates over $25,000. o Prevailing wages required. o Contractor must be able to comply with the attached Short-Form Construction Contract. Notes: 1) City will empty tank. 2) City to provide water for washdown process. 3) The floor and lower 1 foot of the interior walls of tank have already undergone sandblasting and epoxy coating.
