PDF scanned file of all required bid documents, including bid and bid bond forms with original wet signatures or properly transmitted electronic signatures (only PDF files will be accepted) emailed to doadfdmbidsubmission@wisconsin.gov (this is the preferred method); US Mail or Third-party delivery (UPS, Fedex, or DHL) to State of Wisconsin, Administration Building, 7th Floor, 101 East Wilson Street, Madison, Wisconsin 53703; work repairs for the existing concrete and metal panel facades of the Kenilworth Square Apartments (KSA) building. The concrete repairs consist of spall and crack repairs, removal of an abandoned and deteriorating concrete tank platform, and the removal of the failing existing concrete coating on elevations and 3 rd floor outdoor terrace, surface preparation, and recoating of the concrete elevations and 3 rd floor outdoor terrace. The repairs to the metal panel facades consist of replacing missing or loose fasteners and reinstalling loose preformed gaskets. Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted. Base Bid will be received for: A single lump sum bid for All Work. No verbal instructions or explanations will be given regarding the bid documents. Submit all questions to the A/E via email at sphillips@strang-inc.com.
