**As of October 24, 2023 , this project has been awarded to Secure Solar, awarded amount not available.** Solar Photovoltaic System The Mercer County Board of Education requests proposals for a turnkey solar photovoltaic system under a power purchase agreement for 8 MCBOE facilities in Mercer County, WV. The project will consist of the installation of (8) turnkey (SPS's) located in Mercer County, WV. The Offeror shall include Design, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Long-term Financing, Operation and Maintenance of the system for 25 years. The completed system must include a 25-year warranty and production guarantee. The meeting may be continued at various locations based upon the needs of the attendees. A satisfactory bid bond furnished by a solvent surety company authorized to do business in the State of West Virginia in an amount equal to five (5%) of the total amount of the bid, payable to the Mercer County Board of Education, shall be submitted with the bid. The successful bidder and all subcontractors will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond, Certificate of Insurance and other requirements as detailed in the bid package.
