Government Way, 3rd Floor, Coeur d Alene, ID 83814. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately following the deadline during the regularly scheduled business meeting in Conference Room 1 in the same building. Bouten Construction Company and Kootenai County Board of Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids and the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in any bids received.
