The vendor must provide, install and support a new Brivo Cloud Based Access Control System and a new IC Real-time Video Surveillance System at the Littleton Police Department located at 500 Great Road, Littleton, MA 01460. Purchase and installation of all new equipment for the Access Control and Video Surveillance Systems, including all internal and external cameras, gates, mounting hardware, related wiring, and upgrades to CAT6 plenum wire. The installation includes a required upgrade of the existing wire to CAT6 plenum wire and CAT6 external plenum wire to ensure full functionality, external power supply, and the upgrade of wiring connections between all external equipment and the internal control systems at the Littleton Police Department. Provide any service agreements necessary to operate or support the equipment, labor and related services for the upgraded systems. This includes any Software Service Agreement(s), data plans, extended warrantees or other related provisions to ensure full functionality for the new Access Control and Security System. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or reject any and all bids, should the Owner deem it to be in the public interest to do so. The Owner may also reject bids which in its sole judgment are incomplete, conditional, obscure or not responsive or which contain additions not called for, erasures not properly initialed, alterations, or similar irregularities. The Owner also reserves the right to reject the bid of any bidder that the Owner considers to be unqualified based on the criteria set forth herein The IFB specifications and Scope of Work include the purchase of equipment and the installation of an Access Control and Security System, including all equipment, installation, wiring, software, training, and related services. The project is subject to Massachusetts prevailing wage requirements in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 149. The total project cost must not exceed $200,000.
