Land Clearing and Brush Removal Project Site Directions: Site Address is Tinley Park Mental Health Center Site 7400 183rd Street Description: Structure Areas – 50' (min) around all structures including parking lots and fence lines; less than or equal to 8" caliper DBH. Wood chips and vegetative refuse from these areas may remain onsite. It is intended that materials within the highlighted sections are removed contiguous to the next. (including within paved areas). Roadway Areas) – Along all roadways and sidewalks or pathways (15' ea. side of pavement (min)); less than or equal to 8” caliper DBH. 50’ around all structures including parking lots and fence lines; less than or equal to 8” caliper DBH. Wood chips and vegetative refuse from these areas may remain onsite. (including within paved areas). Northern Property Area) – Areas between Timber Drive to the property line fence running along the Rock Island Railroad tracks; less than or equal to 8" caliper DBH. Wood chips and vegetative refuse from these areas may remain onsite. Southern Property Areas) – All material each side creek line and along Harlem Avenue from 183 Street, North to Timber Drive. Live trees larger than 12” caliper DBH may remain. Wood chips and debris including any trash from this creek line area and along Harlem Avenue are to be removed from the site. - All material each side creek line and along 183rd Street, West to West Creek Drive. Live trees larger than 12" caliper DBH may remain. Wood chips and debris including any trash from this creek line area and along 183rd Street are to be removed from the site. - The contractor is required to physically remove and dispose of any trash (ie. non woody or vegetative materials) from Project 4 areas. This includes paper, plastic, cans, bottles, and rubbish, or the like which detract from appearance.
