The Airport has had injury claims on this ramp in the past. Reconfiguration of the ramp will allow better access for the traveling public to access the seaplane facility in a safe and efficient manner. This project will be funded through the Passenger Facility Charge Fund, Application #2, though Application #2 must first be amended to increase cost of the project, per the engineers estimate. Project is included Ketchikan Gateway Borough Fiscal Year 2025-2029 Page no 31 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The ramp is too steep to meet applicable standards.
