Work is to include the proper disposal (remediation) of all the identified hazardous materials at the locations (asbestos, mercury switches, fluorescent bulbs, lead paint, etc.) by a certified contractor, the razing ofthe buildings, clearing of all debris and assuring no pad is left on the lot.
