Bid Security in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid dollar amount and conforming to the prescribed bidding procedures is required to be submitted with each bid. Be licensed under the provisions of Chapter 9, Division 3 of the Business and Professions Code of the State of California to do the type of work contemplated in the project. The general class or type of work called for under the Contract requires a class "A" or "C-12" license Furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work necessary and incidental to the completion of the project known as "PAVEMENT REHABILITATION 2023 - SB1, ST-21-05" consisting of rehabilitation of various streets, within the limits shown on the plans. Pavement rehabilitation shall include AC grinding, base repairs (digouts), and AC overlay. In addition: tree removal, upgrading existing nonADA compliant ramps to ADA compliance, concrete improvements (sidewalk, curb and gutter, and valley gutter replacement), crack sealing and repair, striping, adjusting utility boxes to finished grade, traffic loops, adding video detection cameras, push button relocation, traffic signal modifications, according to plans and specifications prepared by the City of Sunnyvale and according to the contract documents.
