Trestle Park Bridge Improvements The successful bidder will be expected to provide the following before work can begin: Work requested to commence for Fall 2023 option on or before October 15th, 2023. For Spring 2024 option work requested to commence on or before April 15th. For consideration for an adjusted start date please provide, in writing, reasons for request. Proof of a minimum of 5 years experience in related construction techniques and projects. Successful bidder will be required to enter into a Professional Services Contract with the City of Adrian. Copies of the Contract, and bond and insurance requirements can be found at http://adriancity.com/reference-desk/bids/ The City of Adrian reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities. All bids must be firm for not less than 60 days after official opening of bids. A pre-bid site visit is recommended.
