The Bellows Falls Union High School Board is seeking Proposals for resurfacing of the Bellows Falls Union High School Tennis Courts The Tennis Court Resurfacing outline scope includes all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to properly prepare existing surfaces to receive new surface materials, new surfacing materials and line striping. Proposals shall include: Company name and information Similar projects References from previously completed projects. Products proposed to be used. Warranty for proposed products. Schedule of work to be conducted. All training that is necessary to guarantee proper maintenance and upkeep. This project will use Local/Capital Improvement funds. All activities related to this project will comply with the requirements of these funding sources. Respondents must be licensed in the State of Vermont. Respondents will be required to provide proof of insurance including General Liability coverage of a minimum $1,000,000/$2,000,000 and Statutory Workmen's Compensation. Respondents must direct all correspondence in writing to Steve Horton, Owner's Representative: stevnhorton@gmail.com. The Owner retains the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all Bids, or to accept any Bids they may determine to be in his/her best interest.
