Le Roy - 2023 Sanitary Sewer Improvements The Work of this contract is generally described as a sanitary sewer rehabilitation and extension project. The work is split into five parts and further broken down into base bid and alternative bid items as described below: BASE BID: Le Roy Estates Sewer Lining: consists of supplying the labor, equipment, and materials necessary to provide approx. 310 LF of 8-inch diameter Cured In Place Pipe (CIPP) Liner and line one manhole. The work also includes site work, seeding, and other services and items of construction. BASE BID: School Street Manhole Addition: consists of supplying the labor, equipment, and materials necessary to provide two "doghouse" style manholes on existing 8" diameter sanitary sewer. The work also includes site work, paving, seeding, and other services and items of construction. BASE BID Allen Street Sewer Extension: consists of supplying the labor, equipment, and materials necessary to provide approx. 83 LF of new 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer, as specified herein. Also included are related manholes, sanitary services, site work, paving, seeding, and other services and items of construction. ALTERNATE BID #1: The Work of Alternate Bid #3 of this Contract is generally described as a sanitary sewer lining project along Meadow Lane. The Meadow Lane project consists of supplying the labor, equipment, and materials necessary to provide approx. 111 LF of 8-inch diameter Cured In Place Pipe (CIPP) Liner. The work also includes site work, seeding, and other services and items of construction. ALTERNATE BID #2: The Work of Alternate Bid #2 of this Contract is generally described as a sanitary sewer extension project along High Street. The Allen Street Sewer consists of supplying the labor, equipment, and materials necessary to provide approx. 265 LF of new 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer, as specified herein. Also included are related manholes, sanitary services, site work, paving, seeding, and other services and items of construction. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
