1. Remove approximately 13,395 square feet of existing roof down to the structural deck and properly dispose of the debris. 2. Mechanically fasten approximately 11,500 square feet of 4.4 (R-25) Polyisocyanurate insulation to the structural deck. 3. Mechanically fasten approximately 12,430 square feet of 50mil white Duro-Last roofing membrane, according to manufactures specifications to receive a 20-year NDL warranty. 4. Install approximately 965 square feet of 50mil white Duro-Last flashing membrane at the walls. Run membrane up the walls, where necessary, or install membrane under new 5 two-piece compression metal aver run up and over the walls. 5. Install approximately 90 lineal feet of 24 guage Kynar metal gutters and 60 lineal feet of downspouts. The City of Wetumka is accepting closed bids for the replacement of the roof over the city hall building located at 202 N Mains St., Wetumka, OK 74883. Contractors must be insured & bonded.
