The Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) of Norfolk, Virginia is seeking to identify qualified and experienced sources to procure and deliver the below services: MARMC Facilities has a requirement to procure a full maintenance and service agreement for the Trane Chiller Plants located within MARMC Buildings LF-18 and CEP-200. Also to be included is a full maintenance and service agreement to support the Trane Building Automation System (BAS) that operates the HVAC system within Building LF-18. The provider must be able to provide technicians that are Trane-Certified. Enclosed is a copy of the draft SOW.
