This announcement constitutes a SOURCES SOUGHT for information and planning purposes to identify qualified and experienced sources for an anticipated Firm Fixed Price (FFP) award to provide and deliver HVAC Maintenance Services for the Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center. This sources sought notice does not constitute as a Request for Quote (RFQ) nor does its issuance restrict the Government as to the ultimate decision of the acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse the contractor for any cost associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238220, Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, Size Standard $16.5 Million. The Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) of Norfolk, Virginia is seeking to identify qualified and experienced sources to procure and deliver the below services: MARMC Facilities has a requirement to procure a full maintenance and service agreement for the Trane Chiller Plants located within MARMC Buildings LF-18 and CEP-200. Also to be included is a full maintenance and service agreement to support the Trane Building Automation System (BAS) that operates the HVAC system within Building LF-18. The provider must be able to provide technicians that are Trane-Certified. Enclosed is a copy of the draft SOW. Responses to this Sources Sought shall include the following information in this format: Company name, address, point of contact name, phone number, fax number and email address. Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Code. Business Size - Large Business, Small Business, Small Disadvantage, 8(a), HUBZone, Woman-owned and/or Veteran-owned. Capabilities Statement (optional).Again, this is not a request for quotation. Respondents will not be notified of the results. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
