The project consists of the resurfacing and widening of 6.87 miles of roadway and parking areas with aggregate surface course, drainage culvert improvements, and other miscellaneous work. The work includes clearing and grubbing, gravel road resurfacing with aggregate-surface course, roadway widening, roadway excavation, ditch conditioning, drainage improvements, lake bank revetment, and other miscellaneous work. The project will be split into multiple work schedules/contract options, with the cost of the entire project expected to fall within the price range of $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. Contract /Notice to Proceed is subject to the receipt of permits. documents should be issued on or about September 13, 2023. due date and will be specified on the SF 1442, Block 13a of the Solicitation.
