Project Summary: The project consists of: 1. New construction of (1) one 1-story 2,100 square foot Team Room building addition to the existing Locker Room building. 2. Renovation of existing 10,910 square foot Boys and Girls Locker Room building. Project is subject to a minimum DVBE participation percentage (goal) of 3%. All DVBE paperwork must be completed and submitted at bid time. Wages: This is a Prevailing Wage and Skilled and Trained Workforce project. This is NOT a PLA/PSA project.
