The Contractor shall procure the services of a single Process Control System Supplier (PCSS) to furnish and install all materials, equipment, labor and services, except for those services and materials specifically noted, required to achieve a fully integrated and operational system as specified herein and in other Specification Sections listed below. B. Requirements specified in this Section apply to all equipment specified in the above sections, unless otherwise specified. The work shall include furnishing, installing and testing the equipment and materials detailed in the following Sections: 1. 13590 Control Panels and Panel Mounted Equipment C. Auxiliary and accessory devices necessary for system operation or performance, such as transducers, relays, signal amplifiers, intrinsic safety barriers, signal isolators, software, and drivers to interface with existing equipment or equipment provided by others under other Sections of these specifications, shall be included whether they are shown on the Drawings or not. D. Substitutions on functions or type of equipment specified shall not be acceptable unless specifically noted. In order to confirm compatibility between all equipment, coordinate all interface requirements with mechanical and electrical systems and furnish any signal isolation devices that might be required. E. Equipment shall be fabricated, assembled, installed and placed in operating condition in full conformity with the project Specifications, Drawings, engineering data, instructions, and recommendations of the equipment manufacturer as approved by the Engineer. F. To facilitate the Owner's future operation and maintenance, similar products (e.g., differential pressure transmitters, SCADA I/O cards) shall be supplied from the same manufacturer. G. All equipment and installations shall satisfy applicable Federal, State and local codes. H. Use the equipment, instrument, and loop numbering scheme that has been developed and shown on the Drawings and specifications in the development of the submittals. Do not deviate from or modify said numbering scheme without the Engineer's approval. The Payment of Prevailing Wages is Required on this Project. B. The Work to be performed by the Contractor generally includes: 1. Furnishing all labor, superintendence, materials, power, water, tools, equipment and services required by the Contract Documents or required to complete the Work. 2. Coordinate work of all trades. 3. Furnishing and installing miscellaneous items incidental to or necessary for completion of the Work, whether these items are specifically indicated in the Contract Documents or not. C. The Work consists of construction of the following items: 1. Worker Safety and Protection 2. Storm Water Quality Control 3. Field Engineering 4. Roadway Improvements and Traffic Striping in Robertson Road and Sutter Avenue 5. Driveway and Parking Lot Improvements 6. Guard Booth Construction 7. Septage Receiving Station Equipment and Piping 8. Vac-Con Facility Retaining Wall Construction 9. Vac-Con Truck Pre-Engineered Canopy Structure 10. Landscaping 11. Electrical Site Distribution Power, Signal and Lighting 12. Septage Receiving Station Electrical
