The Town of Ellington is seeking qualified sports lighting installers to provide design and installation of high mast sports lighting at three locations within the Town of Ellington, Connecticut in conformance with the design specification described in the Project Manual. The proposed locations include: Ellington High School 1. Football field (including additional fixtures to light the adjacent practice field) 2. Tennis courts 3. Baseball field 4. Softball field 5. Soccer Field/Track area Pinney Fields 1. Soccer field 2. Lacrosse/Multi-Purpose field 3. Parking Area Lighting (lower height poles around the perimeter of the parking area) Robert Tedford Memorial Park 1. Little League M2 2. Softball-Lisa's field 3. Youth Football field (with additional poles and fixtures to light adjacent practice areas) 4. Tennis courts (reuse existing poles) 5. Basketball comt (reuse existing poles) 6. Parking Area Lighting (lower height poles around the perimeter of the parking area) The work to be performed under this contract includes design, fabrication and installation of a complete lighting system for each of the locations listed above in accordance with the plans and specifications detailed in the Project Manual. The Town reserves the right to amend or terminate this Request for Qualifications and Proposal, waive any informality, omission, or technical defect in the Bid Form, and to reject any or all proposals or to accept the proposal deemed most satisfactory to the Town of Ellington, if it is in the public interest to do so.
