Salt Lake City Corporation (the City), is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide certain asphalt crack sealant compounds for the City's Streets Division and the Department of Airports. The City's Streets Division estimates a usage of approximately 125 tons of asphalt crack sealer annually. Fall is the highest usage point of the year with summer months being the smallest. The Department of Airports estimates a usage of approximately 50 tons of asphalt crack sealant annually. Roads and landscape material including asphalts and road and railroad construction materials and soil stabilizers and artificial turf and construction aggregates including rock, gravel, and sand 31200 Adhesives and sealants including tape 72141 Paving service including highway paving and road paving and infrastructure building services and parking lot and surfacing services. All questions requesting clarification or interpretation of any section or sections of this Request for Bid must be submitted online through the Q & A Board for this solicitation on the Utah Public Procurement Place website (U3P) prior to 2:00 pm, Wednesday, August 30, 2023. Contractor shall deliver quantities of approximately 20 to 25 tons per order for the Streets Division and approximately 8 to 10 tons per order for the Dept. of Airports upon request and on an as-needed basis. Most orders shall be delivered to the following addresses however other delivery points may be requested during the term of this Agreement: 1.
