Pump, Motor, & VFD for Water Treatment Plant; Piping for IPS; Install Pump & Motor for Water Treatment Plant & IPS. 26.8460.805.00.5758, 22W09010 3.1 Work at the Clearwell Pump Station (Facility 10) at the Thomas Mackey Water Treatment Plant includes: Furnish and install Clear Well Pump 552 and all appurtenances complete in place. Furnish and install all piping, appurtenances, and coatings to connect pump to distribution system, complete in place. Supply two (2) Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs). See "Variable Frequency Drives Supply Proposal for Clearwell Pump Station", included in Appendix C. Install two (2) VFDs with housekeeping pads and mounting, complete in place. Furnish, install and terminate all electrical instruments, conduit, and wiring to connect pumps and VFDs to the electrical system, complete in place. 3.2 Work at the Industrial Pump Station (Facility 20) includes: Transport four (4) Owner-Furnished pumps and motors from the Mackey Water Treatment Plant to Standard Alloys Incorporated (SAI). One (1) Owner-furnished pump is already stored at SAI. Transport five (5) Owner-Furnished pumps and motors from SAI to the Industrial Pump Station site. Install five (5) Owner-Furnished pumps and motors, complete with all appurtenances. Furnish and install all piping, piping modifications, appurtenances, and coatings. Conduct four (4) pump and motor inspections, stuffing box modifications, complete with all appurtenances. See "Pump and Motor Inspection Proposal for Industrial Pump Station", included in Appendix D. Furnish, install, and terminate all electrical conduit and wiring to connect pump motors to the electrical system. 3.3 Work at the IPS Screening Area (Facility 21) Furnish and install piping, fittings, valves, instruments, appurtenances, FRP plate, control panels, conduit, and wiring to connect screening area improvements to electrical system, complete in place.
