Install 273 linear feet of storm pipe. 5 storm drainage structures. 95 linear feet of sanitary service line. 2 cleanouts. 97 linear feet of underground electric/telephone/cable. and 26 linear feet of 6* PVC casing for future waterline to the splash park. The Contract will be awarded to the Responsive and Responsible Bidder on the basis of the lowest bid price, subject to the approval of the City of Winchester. The City of Winchester reserves the right to reject any/all bids or waive any informality in the bid. Each BIDDER must deposit with his Bid. security in the amount form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No BIDDER may withdraw his Bid within ninety (90) consecutive calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
