**As of October 27,2023 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Project includes the following Work: Installation of approximately: 16,000-FT of 8-IN and 2,300-FT of 4, 6 or 8-IN gravity sewer service laterals, two sanitary sewer lift stations, 470-FT of 4-IN sanitary force main and 2,200-FT of 12,15, & 18-IN storm sewers. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $4,005,708. The Project has an expected duration of 670 days to Substantial Completion and 730 days to Final Completion. This project is subject to the EPA policy of encouraging the participation of small business in rural areas (SBRAs). This project is partially funded by Water Pollution Control Funds, all labor for the project shall by paid in accordance with Davis-Bacon Wage Act prevailing wage requirements. The Muskingum County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive an informalities in the Bids received, and to accept any Bid of combination of Bids which is deemed most favorable to the County at the time and under the conditions stipulated.
