Beech Street Hockey Rink Resurfacing Project. The scope of work includes all labor, materials, tools, oversight, and permits to renovate the existing asphalt hockey rink including 1 - 1/2" Mill & Overlay, full depth repairs where deemed necessary by the engineer, and line striping. An Alternate is included to coat the rink with a high-performance coating Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Maintenance Bond due upon construction completion. Project is funded in part by State and Federal (CDBG) funding. Davis Bacon Wage Rates shall apply. This project is subject to Federal Section 3 requirements. Bidders shall make themselves aware of the equal employment opportunity obligations.
