A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Division of Fisheries and Wildlife (MassWildlife) invites sealed bids for the Redevelopment of the gravel-packed well, known as Well 4, acquisition and installation of a new submersible pump and/or motor or refurbishment and re-installation of existing pump and/or motor, acquisition and installation of a water level transducer-type sensor in the well, acquisition and installation of a Variable Frequency Drive control for the motor, and all other incidental work necessary for a complete job at the Sandwich State Fish Hatchery, Rte 6A, Sandwich, MA. The estimated project value is $55,000.00. Proposals that do not have the Affidavit (of non-collusion, etc.) properly completed will be declared informal. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c. 30 39M, c. 149 44A(2)(B), and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c. 149 26 to 27H inclusive. Filed Sub-Bids are not required for this project. The right is reserved to waive any informality in or reject any or all proposals. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the contract documents and shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the value of the bid. Bid deposits, payable to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Division of Fisheries and Wildlife, shall be in the form of a bid bond or certified, cashier's or treasurer's check issued by a responsible bank or trust company.
