The maintenance program must include an annual visual inspection evaluation and a biennial (once every two years) washout, inspection, and disinfection. These reports will determine the internal and external coating, structural conditions and serviceability of the tank(s) and associated parts. All inspections will determine needs and the time for major painting projects. There are 6 elevate tanks. 1. Must have Certificate of Liability Insurance. 2. Must assume all risk and liability for maintenance of water storage tank. 3. Comprehensive tank maintenance from the contract origination date. 4. Short- and long-term pro-active tank maintenance plan. 5. An annual visual inspection of tank with report and photographs documenting the current condition. Must suppl owner with a copy. 6. A biennial washout, disinfection, and inspection of tank with report and photographs documenting the current condition. Must supply owner a copy of report. 7. Future tank exterior cleaning, painting, protective coating maintenance and repairs necessary to keep the tank serviceable, corrosion free, and looking nice. 8. Future tank interior cleaning, painting, protective coating maintenance, disinfection, and necessary repairs to assure that the tank is serviceable, sound, corrosive free, and watertight. 9. Emergency service needed under the terms of the contract. 10.Coverage for any acts of vandalism to the tank. Furnish and installed a lockable ladder gate climb prevention shield anti-climb deterrent and tank access locks to minimize the opportunity for vandalism and reduce tank owner liability. 11.Coverage for normal deterioration, future repairs, steel replacement, steel parts, expansion joints, water level indicators, sway rods, manhole covers and gasket, and all other tank and tower components. 12.Maintenance of the tanks existing logo, lettering and artwork. 13.All exterior surfaces including the dome, bowl, shell walls, balcony, riser columns, ladders, venting, pipes and other appurtenances and component parts will be power washed following a chlorine treatment as set forth in the Steel Structures Painting
