**As of October 19, 2023, project was awarded to Varies,, awarded amount is $10,233,144.** The Meeker County Courthouse is located at 325 Sibley Ave N. The Family Services Building is located at 114 North Holcombe Ave. Both are in Litchfield, MN. The work will be accomplished through multiple contracts with Meeker County, with Contegrity Group Inc. acting as the Construction Manager. The following categories of work will be bid (subject to change): Earthwork/Utilities, Exterior Improvements, Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel Erection, Carpentry, Metal Wall Panels & Roofing, Coiling Grilles, Detention Doors/Hardware/Furnishings, Aluminum Frame/Windows & Glazing, Gypsum Board, Tile, Acoustical Treatments, Flooring, Painting, Folding Panel Partitions, Casework, Elevator, Fire Protection, Mechanical/Plumbing, HVAC, Controls, Testing/Adjusting & Balancing,Electrical/Communications/Electronic Safety and Security, and Audio/Visual. Material Only Categories: Steel Supply, Standard Doors/Frames/Hardware, and Specialties. Sealed Bid Proposals for the Meeker County Courthouse and Family Services Building Renovation construction work to be provided in accordance with the construction contract documents, as prepared by Wold Architects, will be received at the office of Andrew Letson, County Administrator, 325 Sibley Ave N, Litchfield, MN 55355 until the date and time as stated above. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud. No faxed or electronic bids will be accepted. Sealed bid envelopes shall be marked with the Bidder's Name and Category of Work being bid. Construction is expected to start mid-October 2023. Completion is expectedmid-July 2025. There are four phases to this project. To order paper printed documents; a refundable plan deposit check in the amount of $750.00 per each printed set, made payable to Meeker County and a separate non-refundable check in the amount of $40.00 per set made payable to Contegrity Group, Inc. will be required for mailing fees. Electronic download of bidding documents can be acquired for free online. No partial sets of bidding documents will be issued. Plan deposit will be returned upon receipt of all bidding documents returned in useable condition within (20) days after the date bids have been received. Plan documents are to be returned to Contegrity Group, Inc., 101 1st Street SE, Little Falls, MN 56345. Project awarded to Varies company Award amount : $10,233,144
