Separate and Sealed Proposals Will Be Received by Fawn Township for the Municipal Parking Lot Project. The Work Involves the Reconstruction of 7 3,915 SY of Existing Bituminous Paving Using Full Depth Reclamation (FDR ) and Placement 556 Tons of 19.00 Mm Binder and 3,915 SY of 9.5 Mm Bituminous Wearing Course. ALL CONTRACTORS MUST ACQUIRE BID DOCUMENTS FROM SENATE DIRECTLY IN ORDER TO BE AN ELIGIBLE BIDDER. Proposal Must Be Upon the Forms Furnished by Fawn Township and Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond, in the Form Attached to the Contract Documents, in the Amount of 10% of the Bid, Made Payable to Fawn Township. Bidders Must Comply With All Requirements of Pennsylvania Act 127 of 2012 and Prevailing Wage Act. The Prime Contractor and All Subcontractors Shall Comply With Non-discrimination / Sexual Harassment Clause Language Outlined in Exhibit a of the Bid Documents. Fawn Township Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities or to Reject Any or All Proposals, for Any Reason Whatsoever.
