Debris Removal - Removing of trash, furniture, junk, limbs and various debris left by residents or dumped on property. All debris are to be hauled to an approved landfill and trip tickets must be provided to the City. The site is to be graded in order to prevent the accumulation of standing water. Interested contractors must include the installation of seed and straw for site stabilization with their bid. Vehicle on driveway does not need to be removed. The dilapidated wood fence material on the left side of the property is included. The trash on the porch must be removed. The camper does not need to be removed or have its windows boarded. All accessory structures at this property must remain. All submittals must include copies of the responding firm, and any proposed subcontractors, applicable state licensing issued through the office of SC Labor, Licensing, and Regulations (SC LLR).
