This project is to renovate 9 floors of Walter Creek Center; a 10 story office building constructed in the 1980's. The renovations will maximize & utilize space more effectively & efficiently throughout these 8 floors. The City of Austin, through its Capital Contracting (FSD-CC), is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for the selection of engineering services for the above-noted project.
